As is both legal and common, a fiscal sponsorship is used in the interim while the official 501c3 status is pending and once the non-profit status is completed then the Fiscal Sponsorship is dissolved and the new 501c3 non-profit takes over.

Following a successful project assessment Five Stones will publish the project and begin administration.
