If you meet these requirements you can submit a written proposal to our review board and we will review and respond.
Yes, Five Stones Legal Defense Fund is a a tax deductible 501c3 organization. Your donation receipt will show both the name of Five Stones Legal Defense Fund. Your tax deduction will be applicable dependent upon your particular situation. If your donation was made before Q2 2026 you may receive a receipt that show Great Education Initiative with EIN of 92-0287286. This is also correct as up until 2026 FSLDF was a Fiscal Sponsored subsidiary of Great Education Initiative. But since, FSLDF has received its own non-profit tax deductible status and all subsequent donations will be marked with the Five Stones Legal Defense Fund receipting.
