END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) MYOC-APP Last updated: March 17, 2026

 

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you ("Licensee" or "you") and Five Stones Legal Defense Fund ("Provider", "we", "us"). By installing, accessing, or using the MYOC-APP (the "App"), you agree to the terms below. 1. Scope - Provider: Five Stones Legal Defense Fund. - App: MYOC-APP — an application that connects to QuickBooks Online to retrieve financial data and documents for your organization. 2. Acceptance By using the App you accept this EULA. If you do not accept, do not install or use the App. 3. License Grant Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your internal business purposes and in compliance with this EULA and applicable QuickBooks/Intuit API terms. 4. Authorized Use You must be an authorized business user with authority to permit the App to access your QuickBooks Online account(s). The App is for business use only; consumer accounts are not supported. 5. QuickBooks Integration - The App uses Intuit/QuickBooks APIs. Your use is subject to Intuit’s developer policies and API terms; you are responsible for your compliance. - The App will access your QuickBooks data only after you expressly authorize the connection. 6. Data Access and Use - Data accessed may include accounts, transactions, invoices, customers, vendors, attachments and other financial documents stored in QuickBooks Online. - Provider will use retrieved data only to provide App functionality for your organization; Provider will not sell or market that data. 7. No Third-Party Distribution / No Export - Provider does not export your QuickBooks data to third parties. The App does not include an export-to-third-party feature. Any sharing will require your explicit instruction or be compelled by law. 8. Data Retention - Data is stored and processed in the United States. Default retention period: seven (7) years from last access unless otherwise required by law. 9. Security We implement commercially reasonable safeguards (TLS, encryption at rest, access controls). You must protect your credentials and promptly notify us of compromise. 10. Restrictions You will not: (a) reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code; (b) sublicense or distribute the App; (c) attempt to access others' data; (d) use the App to violate law or Intuit terms. 11. Intellectual Property All rights in the App and documentation are reserved by Provider or its licensors. Nothing transfers to you except the limited license above. 12. Support and Updates We may provide updates, maintenance, and support at our discretion. You accept automatic updates where applicable. 13. Termination This EULA is effective until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach. On termination we will stop accessing your QuickBooks data; retained data will be handled per our retention policy. 14. Warranty Disclaimer THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROVIDER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. 15. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROVIDER'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS PAID TO PROVIDER IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR $1,000. PROVIDER IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. 16. Indemnity You will indemnify Provider from claims arising from your misuse of the App, your data, or your breach of this EULA. 17. Governing Law and Venue This EULA is governed by Ohio law. Exclusive venue is the state and federal courts in Ohio. 18. Changes We may revise this EULA; material changes will be posted with an updated date. 19.

This Privacy Policy explains how Five Stones Legal Defense Fund ("we", "us", "Provider") collects, uses, shares and protects data when you use the MYOC-APP (the "App"). 1. Controller Five Stones Legal Defense Fund is the data controller. Contact: contact@isuegov.com. 2. Data We Collect A. QuickBooks Online data (when you authorize connection): - Financial accounts, transactions, invoices, bills, payments, customers, vendors, payroll data (if present), attachments and financial documents. B. Account information you provide: - Business name, user name, contact email. C. Technical and usage data: - Logs, IP addresses, device/browser metadata, error reports and usage metrics. 3. How We Use Data We use data to: - Provide and operate the App features (syncing, reporting, document access). - Maintain, secure and improve the App. - Communicate about account status and updates. We do not use your financial data for advertising or marketing. 4. Legal Basis (business context) Processing is necessary to provide the App and for our legitimate interest in operating and securing the App. 5. Data Sharing We do not share your QuickBooks data with third parties for marketing or sale. Disclosures may occur: - To Intuit/QuickBooks as required for API connectivity. - To comply with legal process or government requests. - With your explicit consent. 6. Retention We store data in the United States. Default retention period: seven (7) years from last access or as required by law. 7. Export and Deletion - Export: The App does not provide a feature to export your QuickBooks data to third parties. You may disconnect QuickBooks authorization to stop further access. - Deletion: You may request deletion of your App account and stored data by contacting contact@isuegov.com. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable time, subject to legal retention obligations. 8. Security We implement industry-standard safeguards (TLS, encryption at rest, role-based access control). No system is perfectly secure; you must protect credentials. 9. International Transfers Data is stored and processed in the United States. If transfers outside the U.S. are required in future, we will comply with applicable law and update this Policy. 10. Children The App is for business users. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. 11. Rights & Choices For business accounts, rights focus on account deletion and data requests. Where applicable, we will comply with legal rights under applicable law. 12. Analytics We may collect anonymized analytics to improve the App. Analytics do not include financial documents. 13. Changes to this Policy We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. 14. Contact Questions or requests: contact@isuegov.com 15. No goods or services are provided by the organization in return for your contribution. Five Stones Legal Defense Fund is not a law firm. To the extent that donations received are used for litigation in defense of individual liberties and constitutional rights, no attorney-client relationship is created and no guarantee is made as to legal outcomes or results. Donations cannot be directed towards specific litigation efforts and will be used to fund civil rights litigation at the discretion of the directors of Five Stones Legal Defense Fund.
