NATIONAL ELECTION INTEGRITY INITIATIVE
MAKE THE LAW
BE FOLLOWED
Five Stones Legal Defense Fund is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that funds high-impact litigation and advocacy to hold government accountable. Its National Election Integrity Initiative enforces the election laws already on the books — accurate voter rolls, transparent records, and rules written by the people’s elected legislatures — through five focused national projects. Nonpartisan by charter: we never support or oppose any candidate or party.
FIVE PROJECTS, ONE STANDARD: EVERY CLAIM PROVEN, EVERY DOLLAR COUNTED
1. TRANSPARENT VOTER DATA (ERIC)
The interstate compact holding most of America's voter data should disclose its contracts and practices like any public system. We litigate for that transparency.
2. NEUTRAL PUBLIC CAMPUSES
Taxpayer-funded universities should not run one-sided political programs or mishandle student data.We enforce neutrality and federal student-privacy law.
3. NO PRIVATE MONEY IN ELECTION OFFICES
More than 28 states have banned private funding of election administration. We make those bans real- and publish a sourced national money map.
4. ACCURATE VOTER ROLLS (HAVA)
Citizens, armed with record-level evidence, use the complaint process federal law already gives them— goal: 1.5 million verified roll corrections, every one published.
5. LEGISLATURES WRITE ELECTION LAW
The Constitution assigns federal election rules to elected legislatures, not petition drives. Our Michigan case seeks binding precedent restoring that rule.

The National Election Integrity Initiative is designed to implement projects in numerous states simultaneously. For a more detailed presentation of the milestones and project structure, please reach out to us and we would be happy to provide greater project details.
