Concerns about election integrity are heightened among conservative voters. The rise of government-funded progressive NGOs has deepened worries about their access to voter data, which could lead to potential election interference. These organizations have resorted to tactics like ballot harvesting and illegal data transactions that threaten the core of our democratic process. Our legal project is designed to confront these challenges directly, aiming to bolster election integrity and create a fairer electoral landscape.

Understanding the Threats to Democracy
In recent years, alarming evidence has surfaced regarding certain NGOs unlawfully accessing sensitive voter information. For example, the 'All In Campus Democracy Challenge' is illegally using private student data and public resources in student-targeted voter registration drives (VRD) and get-out-the-vote (GOTV) campaigns. These tactics appear aimed at rigging federal elections. They are particularly active in swing states such as Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania.
The perpetrators include public universities and private progressive NGOs. This manipulation of voter data creates unfair advantages and erodes trust in the electoral system.
In battleground states, where elections are often very close, these significant VRD and GOTV schemes can alter outcomes drastically. When trust declines, voter participation typically drops, creating a damaging cycle that undermines democratic foundations. It is crucial to recognize how these organizations utilize tactics like misleading information campaigns to sway public opinion and manipulate election results. Awareness of these strategies is essential for fostering a resilient democracy.
The Role of Our Legal Project
Our legal initiative is committed to counteracting the tactics employed by these NGOs to ensure fair elections. With a proven track record, our project utilizes the legal system as a robust tool for advocacy and change.
We partner with various organizations and manage legal projects for specific individuals and groups affected by unlawful practices in the electoral process. Recently, we filed a federal complaint against the Department of Education, compelling it to enforce existing laws (FERPA) to stop organizations caught manipulating voter registrations.
Our strategy differs from traditional litigation as we prioritize using litigation as a last resort due to its high costs. Instead, we focus on ensuring a high Return on Investment for our donors through our investigate-educate-litigate process. Our commitment to legal reform aims to preserve election integrity in a cost-effective and rigorous manner.
By implementing proactive legal measures, we hold accountable those exploiting loopholes in the voting system. Our cases rely on extensive research and evidence, positioning us as an effective force against entities violating electoral laws.
Viability and Evidence of Success
Our legal project is experiencing success!

The current administration has shown a strong inclination to support just and fair elections. It has also aggressively used federal funds as a means of enforcing compliance.
If forced to litigate, we believe there are clear violations of FERPA and HAVA.
Linda McMahon issued a letter to educators nationwide, stating, "over the last four years, instead of vigorously enforcing these laws, the Biden Administration has neglected the flood of complaints it received." She further stated, "they took advantage of this dereliction of government responsibility and installed policies that specifically instruct teachers and administrators to conceal critical student information from their parents."
Education and Awareness Initiatives
Our strategy emphasizes education and awareness in conjunction with strategic litigation. This approach improves outcomes, shortens resolution times, and reduces costs. We actively engage communities to ensure that voters understand their rights and the risks of data misuse. We also inform government officials of clear violations of the law and expect decisive action.
Our outreach efforts aim to demystify tactics like ballot harvesting, frequently used by progressive NGOs to influence voter turnout. By empowering citizens with knowledge, we enable them to protect themselves and their votes, fostering a more informed electorate.

Collaborative Efforts in the Fight for Integrity
Collaboration is vital to our project's success. We partner with a range of stakeholders, including other legal entities and advocacy organizations, to create a formidable coalition against progressive NGOs.
These partnerships allow us to share resources and intelligence, enhancing our collective efforts to combat unlawful actions threatening individual rights and election integrity. Collaborating with a national voter advocacy organization led to the drafting of a strategic letter to Ms. Linda McMahon, the Director of the Department of Education. This collaboration demonstrates strong community support and multiplies our pressure to yield positive results.
Heather Honey, of Verity Vote, has published an excellent report detailing alleged FERPA violations for partisan advantage, which you can read here: Verity Vote Report. This report remains strong against scrutiny, serving as a standalone supplement to isuegov.com’s FERPA complaint. According to the Verity Vote report, the Department of Education must take “action” under 20 U.S. Code § 1232g(b)(7) to stop FERPA violations related to NSC’s, NSLVE’s, and ALL IN’s targeted voter registration and get-out-the-vote campaigns.
Taking Action Together for Fair Elections
The threats surrounding voter data access and undue influence from NGOs demand immediate attention. As we continue our legal fight for election integrity, we invite concerned citizens, especially conservative voters, to join our cause. Supporting our work means staying informed and actively participating in advocacy.
Engage with local representatives about your concerns regarding election integrity and data manipulation. Encourage others in your community to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activities.
Monitor upcoming elections closely and ensure your voice is heard at the ballot box. Each election offers individuals an opportunity to assert their power and influence decisions. Together, we must strive to protect that right.
Looking Ahead to a Brighter Future
As the landscape of electoral integrity faces ongoing threats from progressive NGOs, our legal project remains a beacon of hope and action. Through dedicated legal advocacy, community education, and collaborative efforts, we are committed to safeguarding the democratic process.
Now is the time for citizens to rise against unlawful practices and ensure elections are fair. Every vote counts, and we work tirelessly to uphold that principle. To learn more about our ongoing work and how you can get involved, visit our legal project page.
Let us unite in this mission to protect electoral integrity and empower every voice in our democracy. Together, we can create a fairer playing field and secure a brighter future for our elections.
