TITLE IX
DAMAGES
Were you harmed by the Biden 2024 Title IX ruling?
GEI filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration regarding Title IX violations on behalf of its members. The government has admitted fault and the judge is moving to arbitration regarding damages.
The court needs specifics about any damages your family has faced because of the 2024 Title IX ruling. We need your help in identifying specific damages for the case:
-
Transfer Damages - For instance if you pulled a child out of a school that had embraced the 2024 Biden ruling and drove your child to another school that did not embrace the ruling, your expenses could be considered damages.
-
Withdrawal Damages - If you pulled your child out of public school and enrolled in a private school or home schooled because of the Title IX ruling, the tuition or education expenses may be considered for damages.
-
Other - You may have other ways that you can show where the Title IX ruling caused quantifiable damages. We would like to hear.
